This program guides sales professionals to work smarter by teaching them the tangible skills they need to succeed. Bridges the need for personal and professional achievement. Provides a strategic approach with day-to-day tactics and techniques. The Core Skills program includes the following modules offered each in a half day format: The Goal Setting and Planning, Leveraging Time, Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork. Modules can be combined for a variety of scheduling formats including a 2-3 day seminar or weekly or monthly sessions. When combined in the K-System approach individual or small group follow-on personal consulting sessions are included.
