Selected members of the organization’s leadership and employees are guided to diagnose the current functioning of the organization and to discover where and how to make improvements. Seven key elements of success serve as the foundation for identifying vulnerabilities and building pathways to success. This program serves as an excellent comprehensive assessment for your organization The Assessing Your Organization For High Performance program includes the following modules offered each in a half day format: The transformation Model, Current Results, Business Environment, Current Strategy, Core Process, Structure, Systems, Culture, Opportunities and Plans. Modules can be combined for a variety of scheduling formats including a 2-3 day seminar or weekly or monthly sessions. When combined in the K-System approach individual or small group follow-on personal consulting sessions are included.
